It was always going to be a dramatic week on “The Bachelor” with two episodes airing, but it seems that that the double drama wasn’t only caused by us overdosing on the girls. Sean Lowe’s decisions to send home two specific girls this week has left some fans furious.
This week, Sean opted to send home Sarah Herron and Daniella. Both eliminations were shocking and heartbreaking in their own ways.
You will probably remember that Sarah was born with one arm. She’s mentioned it once or twice this season. She said it has hampered relationships in the past and she hoped Sean would be different. But was he?
Sarah is beautiful. She also seemed sweet-natured. Sean appeared to be getting on great with her this season. But on Tuesday night’s group party date Sean said goodbye to her. It was right after Sarah decided to show Sean some pictures of her family, and herself growing up. Could she have fouled up in some way with that?
It was then heartbreaking to hear Sarah tell the cameras that Sean was just like all the other guys, who always seem to tell her “how great she is,” but then leave her with nothing but then dump her.
Sarah’s impairment aside, perhaps the saddest and most unfair dismissal of the night was Daniella. She is the only girl on this season who never got a one-on-one date with Sean. It’s like he never gave her a chance. This decision infuriated Daniella and made her feel awful.
Has Sean Lowe made mistakes for which “Bachelor” fans won’t forgive him? Social media sites are buzzing with heated discussion of why these two lovely girls were dumped and yet Sean keeps troublemaker Tierra the Tierrarist around. Compared to many of the girls she seems a fake and a schemer. Some fans have even gone so far as to say they won’t tune in to the show any more until Tierra is gone. That’s the nice nes. The others have been calling Sean every bad name under the sun.
So are you still Team Sean or have his elimination decisions this week made you think badly of Sean Lowe? Was Sarah Herron fair to react the way she did t her elimination?
