Who is “The Bachelor” 2013 winner for the show’s finale episode? According to an interview Sean Lowe gave to WFAA-TV in Dallas Monday morning, he answered a question about which woman made herself stand out the most by what she said that impressed him the most. When he was unable to answer if it was either Catherine Giudici or Lindsay Yenter he picked on show, he did share what made this woman different from the other contestants.
“I’ll say this….there has been one girl who has been so supportive the entire journey,” Sean said. “A lot of girls have been complaining about the lack of one-on-one time that they get. And there’s one girl who says, ‘I don’t care how much alone time I get. I want you to know I’m here. I’m supporting you. I want you to go on dates with other women because I want you to know I’m the best one for you.’”
When Sean was questioned on how he knew which woman was right for him, he said it was about looking “beyond the fun” in a relationship. He added that he’s been on dates where he had a lot of fun, but the woman definitely wasn’t going to be his wife and he said there were some he had fun with and could very well be his wife.
Sean said in the interview that he asked himself the following before deciding on who is best for him:
“Do our lives align, do we really have the same goals and standards? Could I see her raising my children? And if you can answer yes to those questions, then she might be the one.”
Another shocking revelation Sean spilled in the news segment, is that he “didn’t feel right” asking the women for their hand in marriage during the hometown dates. He reasoned that it was the last opportunity he had alone with them and he knew potentially they could be the one he would propose to. Not only that, he wanted a chance to ask for their fathers’ permission before the finale episode.
