Sarah Herron reunites with the rest of “The Bachelor” 2013 cast when she appears on the “Women Tell All” special Monday night. The woman who thought she would spend the rest of her life with Sean Lowe comes back to tell Chris Harrison and everyone how she felt. The 26-year-old blonde from Colorado let Sean know right away that just because she was born with one arm didn’t mean she was any different than anyone else. By episode six, Sarah was eliminated and completely heartbroken.
In the “Women Tell All” special, Sarah doesn’t appear to have gotten over the rejection.
“I put that wall down for him,” Sarah says with tears in her eyes. “He had seen me in a more vulnerable state than I think I’ve ever let anybody see me. I’ve cried and talked about things with him that I don’t talk to with my best friends about. I thought we had something else.”
One thing Sarah doesn’t want to hear all of her life is how “she’s great” or “deserving” of someone special, but that someone isn’t who she’s falling for.
“It’s the worst to be told you’re great, but you’re not good enough for me,” Sarah tells Chris Harrison.
“I just don’t want to be told forever how great I am, what I deserve,” Sarah continued. “I just don’t want to be told that forever. And it’s just sad to think about, like, how did Sean see it and feel it in the beginning?”
Sean told Sarah at the end of her time on “The Bachelor,” that he thought they were “reaching” to find something, but he never felt things the way they should have been.
Obviously, Sarah hasn’t moved on quite yet. Hopefully she’ll find love in the near future.
