News of Kourtney’s pregnancy not only took the media by surprise but was a huge shock to the soon-to-be mom as well.

“We were in the Everglades and I kept feeling nauseous and sick,” Kourtney tells E!.

“I just kept thinking something wasn’t right. … I went to the doctor and he confirmed the news. I was just so shocked.”

Kourtney didn’t reveal the name of the baby’s father right away but it wasn’t long after news hit that she confirmed what many had expected. The father of the eldest Kardashian sister’s baby is Scott Disick – her on-again/off-again boyfriend of many years.

Kourtney confirmed that she and Scott are indeed back together and are very excited for their December arrival.
