Camille, who has until recently been a star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” called the surprise move “insensitive to our children.” She has reportedly said she sees no reason to disrupt the status quo of the children living with her and Kelsey Grammer having access and visitation rights.

Grammer was granted a quickie divorce in order to marry his girlfriend, Kayte Walsh, in January, 2011. The couple were married in February.

Camille Grammer’s friends are now keen to defend her, calling her an “excellent mother” and saying that Kelsey has no legitimate grounds on which to file for sole custody of his daughter Mason (8) and son Jude (5).

Kelsey’s rep refused to comment on the custody claim, merely saying “Any statement would be inappropriate. The filing speaks for itself.”

This is further bad news for Camille Grammer. It was reported earlier this month that “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star is being replaced by another high-profile ex: actor Eddie Cibrian’s first wife Brandi Glanville.

Glanville split from Cibrian when his affair with Leann Rimes went public in 2009. She is reportedly already filming scenes on the show and the dumping of Grammer from the show seems official.

Cibrian (37) proposed to the singer and actress in December 2010. On Friday April 22, the couple invited family and friends over to their house to celebrate what guests thought was an engagement party. There was much press speculation as to whether this would actually be their wedding and it turns out that the rumor mill had it right. The romantic ceremony took place at sunset.

The couple exchanged vows in front of around 40 guests, including Cibrian’s sons Mason (7) and Jake (4), from his previous marriage to Brandi Glanville.

Rimes (27) and Cibrian were both married when they met and fell in love on the set of a TV movie in 2009. Rimes divorced her husband, dancer Dean Sheremet, last summer. Cibrian and Glanville set their divorce in motion last September. The break-ups got messy because of the adultery, but the two women recently called a truce for the sake of Cibrian’s young sons.

LeAnn Rimes didn’t wait long to personally share the news of her Friday night wedding to Eddie Cibrian, though. She soon Tweeted, “Eddie and I are overwhelmed by the amount of lovely well wishes.  We are blessed….and I’m Mrs. Cibrian!!!!! So wonderful to wake up as husband and wife.  Love to all of you.”

Cibrian co-stars in the crime series “Chase”, which returned to NBC last night after several weeks of faltering ratings.

We’re not sure if it’s a crazy coincidence or incredible timing but both Leann Rimes and Eddie Cibrian have announced they are separating from their respective partners.

Leann and Dean have supposedly been separated (and living in different homes) for quite some time while Cibrian’s wife (and mother of his two children) announced this week that she was taking a break from her husband because of the alleged affair.

“Eddie and I have decided to take some time apart,” Brandi Glanville (Cibrian’s wife) said in a statement.  “I want to do what is best for our children. Eddie and LeAnn deserve each other.”

Just days after Cibrian confirmed his separation Leann confirmed that she and Dean – who had been married for over 7 years – had been separated for a while as well.

There’s no word on whether Eddie and Leann plan to pursue a relationship together now that both of their relationships have come to an end but the two stars have been spending time together over the past few weeks.

Wonder how long it will be before they publicly announce their relationship? It took Jon Gosselin just 22 days – wonder if Leann and Eddie can beat that?
