Steamy “Water for Elephants” Preview: Pattinson and Witherspoon Kiss

The trailer for Robert Pattinson’s new movie, “Water for Elephants”, has hit the Internet prior to the movie’s release in May of this year. And it is not just the water that’s steamy! This is the sexiest circus you will have ever seen. What else would you expect with a love story between R-Patz and Reese Witherspoon?

This latest trailer for the movie, which is to be released soon, teases us with the affair between Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon’s characters. For those of you who have not read the excellent novel by Sara Gruen on which the movie is based, here is a basic rundown of the plot. (There are no spoilers here, so don’t worry):
Student Pattinson, a veterinarian college student, ditches his studies and runs away to join the circus from his empty home after his parents die. He becomes friends with the circus owner, Christoph Waltz’s character. He also falls in love with Marlena, who was once the circus’ star performer. This romance blossoms despite, or maybe because of, the threats of her rather dangerous husband. The unlikely couple of Pattinson and Witherspoon are drawn together in compassion for one very special elephant.
For the rest of the story, including the conclusion of the love element, you will just have to go see the movie. Don’t pretend you don’t want to, especially now you’ve seen the Pattinson/Witherspoon kiss! “Water for Elephants” is due to hit the cinemas in early May 2011. We can hardly wait!
