Snake Charmer Justin Bieber Writes Song with Taylor Swift

Justin Bieber took his pet snake to Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards. He even gave an interview about it to his girlfriend, Selena Gomez. But one thing that was not mentioned was Justin Bieber’s latest music collaboration with Taylor Swift.

Selena Gomez, who acted as MTV’s special VMA Pre-show co-host for the awards, had some fun as she questioned the Baby singer on the black carpet.

“I’m here with the one-and-only Justin Bieber,” Gomez said when she introduced her boyfriend. “Who are you wearing? Can you please talk about that?”

Justin Bieber (17) explained it was his pet snake he had wrapped around his hand. Apparently, his name is Johnson!

He revealed he was excited to be up for nomination for the Best Male Video and of course Justin Bieber won it with his video for “U Smile,” beating off competition from Eminem, Cee Lo Green and Bruno Mars.

After the interview, Selena Gomez said, “Thank you for hanging out, babe,” as Justin Bieber leaned in to kiss her cheek. Aren’t they just as sweet as cherry pie!

But something equally exciting is the news that Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift have written a song together, according to Grammy award-winning songwriter and producer Kuk Harrell, who has worked Rihanna and Katy Perry in the past.

He Tweeted: “Wow!! Got to see @justinbieber & @taylorswift13 write a song together last night!! SMASH!!!! SMASH!!! SMASH!!! Let’s do it again Yall!!! (sic)”

Justin and Taylor’s collaboration comes shortly after the “Never Say Never” singer made a surprise appearance on stage with Taylor to perform his song “Baby” with her as part of her “Speak Now” tour concert at the Los Angeles’ Staples Center on Tuesday.

Apparently, Taylor Swift (21) and Justin Bieber “killed it” in their recent recording session. Are you excited to hear the new Swift-Bieber collaboration?
