Selena Gomez Stalker Finally Restrained

It’s been a long time a-coming but the man stalking Selena Gomez is finally the subject of a restraining order.

Selena Gomez has at long last managed to get a long-term protection order from a man who suffers from delusions and says he often speaks with God about killing the actress. The man, Thomas Brodnicki, even supported Selena attempts to get a restraining order against him. He said it was the only thing that might help stop him trying to get close to her.

Gomez got a 3-year restraining order against Brodnicki this morning, after a judge agreed Brodnicki posed a serious danger to her safety.

The Disney star was not present in the L.A. Courtroom when the order was handed down and nor was Brodnicki.

That is significant because, as we previously reported, the judge had earlier refused to grant Selena a long-term order against Brodnicki because had not been present to tell his side of the story.  But this time, Selena’s lawyer submitted a declaration from Brodnicki himself in which he admitted

“a restraining order should be issued against me to prevent me from trying to contact Selena. I know it is the only thing that will make me stay away from Selena.”

You heard it from the man himself. And finally, a judge listened. Butg what good will it do in protecting Selena Gomez against her delusional stalker with homicidal thoughts?
