Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici are closer than ever to setting a wedding date. Sean spoke with People magazine to update fans on the status of his engagement to Catherine.

When is “The Bachelor” couple getting married? While Sean didn’t drop an exact wedding date in his interview with the magazine, he did say “an announcement will be made sometime in the near future.”

He was spotted Friday at Las Vegas’s 1 OAK and said a location is still being discussed about where to have the ceremony.

“We’re talking about location,” Sean said. “We’ve said L.A. from the beginning, but now there’s possibly another place in the mix.”

A wedding for Sean and Catherine is expected to be sometime before spring of next year. In the meantime, the couple are hammering out the major details.

“Right now we’re just doing things like, ‘What is the guest list going to look like?’ We haven’t discussed some of the finer details, but we’re discussing some of the broader details,” Sean added.

A lot of updates about Sean and Catherine’s wedding plans have been reported, but none of them have nailed anything down. This time it seems the pair are closer to an actual wedding date. Maybe the next update will reveal what that is! Are you excited to see Sean and Catherine get married?
