The only other cast member of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” that is as polarizing as Teresa Giudice is former star, Danielle Staub. It was rumored last week that she was possibly returning on the hit BRAVO reality show for season 5. When she was spotted walking outside a TV studio in New York City with her daughter, she told reporters that she recently met with BRAVO’s Andy Cohen and they discussed everything — including the possibility of her appearing on “RHONJ” again.
It was good tabloid fodder for a few days until a trusted source told TMZ Sunday that it’s definitely NOT going to happen. Danielle will not be going back to the show — even as a guest. Ever since she was booted off in 2010, Danielle hasn’t spoken to the women — and she certainly doesn’t miss them. It’s safe to say the feeling is mutual for the current cast.
Andy Cohen wants to keep the door open for other possible projects down the line, so despite the unlikely relationship he has with Danielle, it might be a good thing between for both of them. Will he consider giving her a reality show that fits in with his plans? Would she be willing to work with him again if so?
It’s hard to imagine anyone causing more strife on “RHONJ” with the Teresa drama going on. There’s so much discord between her and the cast members it would be pushing things over the edge. It’s already in the works for BRAVO to find two new cast members who would be Teresa Giudice supporters. How will that go over with the other stars of the show and could Teresa alienate them as much as she has everyone else?
