“Revenge” season 3 will return this fall and some rumblings about what might happen are already surfacing. The season 2 finale left fans with a lot to absorb. Emily Thorne admitted to Jack Porter that she was actually Amanda Clarke after she blamed herself for his brother being killed in an explosion planned by Conrad Grayson. Nolan Ross is in jail, Charlotte Grayson is pregnant with her dead boyfriend’s baby, and Conrad Grayson fessed up to his wife, Victoria, that he is basically the Initiative.
There’s talk that Emily and Jack might be heading towards romance in season 3 of “Revenge.”
Nick Wechsler — who plays Jack — told TV Guide in an interview that Jack and Emily have a long ways to go on the show before they can be a romantic couple.
“I think he’s going to be hurt and not trust her,” Wechsler said. “She’s got to earn his trust back,” he said. “If he does team up with her, it’s only because they have a common enemy, not because she’s out of the doghouse.”
Christa B. Allen, who plays Charlotte, talked with EOnline about how the character’s pregnancy will affect dynamics in season 3.
“Initially that would be something that would be really exciting, but now her baby daddy is dead,” Allen said. “I think the biggest point with her pregnancy is going to be how other characters take it; how Victoria (Madeleine Stowe) deals with it and I hope it’s in a positive way because Victoria doesn’t have a good track record of dealing with children, and then I don’t know how it’s going to effect Charlotte and Emily’s relationship. It’s going to be a weird dynamic, but I think there’s going to be a lot going on there.”
A lot will be explored when “Revenge” season 3 returns in fall 2013. The show answered a lot of questions in the finale episode on May 12. A period of time will have passed when the drama launches again. How long the time between when the finale episode was set and when the season 3 premiere depicts isn’t specified. It could be weeks or months from when the bombshells were revealed.
