“Revenge” season 2, episode 19 of “Identity” airs Sunday and Mike Kelly — the show’s creator — told TVLine what’s ahead for the upcoming episode. Three more weeks of season 2 remain and viewers will finally see the continuation of what’s to come with the Falcon and Padma.
Will Padma actually still be alive? In episode 18, she sure seemed to be dead. Her body was seen lifeless as Aiden tried reaching her before it was too late.
According to Kelley, Padma may or may not be alive.
“You’ll know who the Falcon is in Episode 19 — and he or she will be integral to the finale,” Kelley said “Jack is in discovery mode [and] is not going to snap out of the darkness anytime soon… and Nolan’s story with Padma is not over. That does not mean that Padma is necessarily alive; it just means that there’s more to that story.” The mystery surrounding Victoria’s other son “will be answered before the end of the season. It’s a race to see who can find this person first, and when they do, the son will definitely have an opinion or two about his mother.”
As for Victoria, “she’ll be put in another situation where her fate is in her hands… and she’ll learn something that she was in the dark about regarding the Initiative.”
So, the creator is feeling the pressure to finally let fans see what all the mystery is about before the final three episodes air.
Part of why “Revenge” season 2 has lost some of its viewership has been partly to blame on the confusing story lines mounting with so much mystery as Emily seeks revenge on the Graysons. Maybe there will be a bigger chance for season 3 of the show to be renewed if they can win back some of the audience they lost.
“Revenge” season 2, episode 19 “Identity” airs Sunday, April 28 on ABC at 9 p.m, ET/PT.
