Reality Steve goofed big time with this season’s spoilers of “The Bachelorette” with Desiree Hartsock. Despite the fact Desiree chose Chris Siegfried instead of Brooks Forester at the end of the show — as Reality Steve claimed all along — the reality show blogger isn’t letting it get him down. He admitted in his blog update Tuesday following the finale episode that he’s not happy about being wrong over who won the show, but he pointed out he’s been more accurate than not in his spoilers.
Monday night “Bachelorette” fans went crazy on Twitter about Steve being wrong. He got all kinds of hate messages and drew fire from a number of fans who were disappointed in his work this season. When they consider how right he was about the rest of the season, as well as others, no other source has been able to dig up the big secrets like he has.
Steve also made it clear Juan Pablo Galavis would never be the next “Bachelor” because the franchise simply doesn’t cast minorities. That also proved wrong when “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” host, Chris Harrison, announced Juan Pablo as “The Bachelor” 2014 at the end of “After the Final Rose” Monday night.
Steve said next year he’ll continue doing what he does by spoiling “The Bachelor” with Juan Pablo. He didn’t know what exactly went wrong this season by hearing from his sources Brooks was the winner, but he hopes next season will be right on.
Sources who give Reality Steve his information are different each season, he shared with readers on Tuesday. He insisted he’s in no way affiliated with ABC or its sources just to help ratings for the show.
It’s a mystery how this blogger can get his hands on such sensitive information. He certainly knows the right people.
