“Real Housewives of New Jersey” is never dull in the drama department — especially when it involves Teresa Giudice. She’s driving everyone away in her life these days. Now Jacqueline Laurita is sick of Teresa’s inability to resolve her own problems. On the last episode of “Real Housewives,” Giudice’s brother, Joe Gorga, texted her about going with him to therapy to improve their brother-sister relationship. In previews for the next episode to air Sunday night, Teresa gets another text from Joe because she never answered him. Jacqueline gets annoyed with Teresa for not recognizing her part in the breakdown she has with her own brother.
In a recent Us Weekly interview, Jacqueline shared her views on how Teresa Giudice is dealing with her problems concerning Joe.
“I always gave her my honest opinion and she would get upset with me,” Jacqueline said. “She asked me for it, but then she would get mad when I didn’t agree with her.”
On the June 10 episode of “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” Jacqueline will be upfront with Teresa Giudice…..telling her therapy wouldn’t be such a bad thing.
“Like I said on the show: if you’re not looking for a solution, and you can’t look into yourself to see where you have contributed to a problem, there’s never going to be a resolve. You’re not open to it.”
Teresa goes with the belief that “traditional Italians” don’t go to therapy and see psychologists. She thinks it’s more for married couples who have problems or for parents dealing with children. In her case, she doesn’t see why she needs to go with Joe to “fix” their relationship. Joe wants his sister to act more like an aunt to his children and at least put effort into making things less bitter between them.
Will Teresa Giudice manage to drive everyone in her life away — or will she make things better before it’s too late with just about everyone?
“Real Housewives of New Jersey” airs Sunday nights on BRAVO at 9 p.m., ET/6 p.m., PT.
