Soon the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” season 3 reunion will air and spoilers confirm that host and producer, Andy Cohen, will be sure Adrienne Maloof pays a high price for bailing out of appearing on the show. A bit of backstory on this……Adrienne opted out of the show because she and ex-husband — Paul Nassif — have a secret document that stipulates neither one of them can talk about their divorce. That means if the women go on the attack during the “Real Housewives” reunion against Adrienne, she can’t even defend herself due to the agreement.
So, now the spoilers are getting leaked about exactly what went down behind-the-scenes when all of the women — sans Camille Grammer — reunited to face each other at the reunion taping that occurred March 1.
“Well, today we are missing one of the Housewives who’s been with us since the beginning. Adrienne Maloof has decided not to participate today,” Cohen bitterly said.
“This season was hard on Adrienne, as you all know. A secret about her family was revealed by Brandi. (Glanville) And from that moment on, Adrienne refused to speak directly about it. We know that frustrated you in the audience. It frustrated all of us too…”
Cohen acknowledged that viewers were disappointed that Adrienne didn’t show up for what could have been the most entertaining and explosive episode of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” in all of season 3 — or to-date. Imagine the fireworks that could have gone down.
“Adrienne won’t be here to tell her side of the story. Not only is she absent tonight, but she won’t be on the show next season,” Cohen added.
Cohen paused for a moment then inserted this comment: “Adrienne Maloof’s final act as a Housewife was NOT showing up tonight.”
In some way, by Adrienne Maloof refusing to appear on the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” season 3 reunion, she comes off cowardly. Yes, it would have been incredibly difficult for her to stand up to so many attacks that were expected to happen during the show, but in the same sense, she’s simply showing that she’s willing to dish out threats of lawsuits and not take the heat when it’s thrown back at her. Not cool.
“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” season 3 reunion airs Monday, March 25 on Bravo after the finale.
