Adrienne has once again staked her claim to the moral high ground as Yolanda Foster, Arienne’s cast-mate on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” blogged that she feels the heiress appeared “quite arrogant” after passing on a Las Vegas trip with the rest of the cast.
Yolanda Foster, the newest member of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” is usually seen mostly in the background but she has well and truly stepped out of the shadows with her latest blog entry, titled “Mean Girl Remarks,” posted Monday on the Bravo website. In it, she blasts Adrienne as being “quite arrogant,” and has some choice words to say on the subject of Adrienne’s marriage breakdown. She also criticizes Adrienne’s belittling of Brandi Glanville “unattractive and unproductive.”
Friction between the two women was apparent on Monday night’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” when Yolanda (49) married to David Foster, became irritated with the ladies during a dinner party in Las Vegas, when the conversation kept returning to Adrienne, who didn’t make the trip. As RHOBH fans know, Adrienne and Brandi are currently feuding after Brandi shared information regarding Adrienne’s use of a surrogate.
For Adrienne Maloof, the answer is simple: she doesn’t attend dinner parties with other cast members because “when the main topic of conversation is attacking and criticizing others, I choose to disengage.”
That was how she countered Yolanda’s accusation in her own blog post, but the criticism is “interesting” to her rather than hurtful, because Adrienne says she and Dutch model Yolanda usually react to the show’s drama and conflict in very similar ways, she says.
“She is clearly not a fan of catty dinner conversation either. We actually have very similar reactions to drama and how we deal: we leave the table or choose not to participate in the event,” said Adrienne, who is making her own dramatic headlines now by dating her toy boy lover Sean Stewart, a man almost 20 years her junior.
In her blog, Yolanda credits Adrienne with creating a beautiful (jewelry) collection and is focused on her business but then went on to say,
“I believe she is giving Brandi way too much energy and wish she would just move on and stop blaming others for the increasing misery in her life.”
“You know, it’s the way Adrienne says ‘I hope Brandi is having fun in Vegas, I have a business to run.’ Just rubs me the wrong way. . .
“I don’t know Adrienne very well because she never reached out to me, but I have observed her behavior and she comes off quite arrogant. Again she is belittling Brandi’s business to empower herself, and I find it very unattractive and unproductive.
“Even though they don’t get along, they should not be dismissive of each other’s success because at the end of the day we are all working for the same reason — and that is to help support our children and family.”
What do you think of Yolanda’s words of wisdom for Adrienne Maloof? How about Adrienne’s comeback on it?
“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” airs Mondays at 9/8c on Bravo.
