Lindsay Lohan has struck a plea deal in her latest court case. She will do no jail time but has agreed to 90 Days of rehab, psychotherapy and community service.

Despite turning up more than 45 minutes late for court this morning, after missing her red eye flight from New York last night, she has got the judge to agree to a plea deal in her for case allegedly lying to cops over her involvement in a traffic accident in Santa Monica, CA. last summer.

Prosecutors and Lindsay’s attorney Mark Heller reached a last minute plea deal for the troubled starlet. As part of the plea deal, Lohan will be going to court ordered lock down rehab for 90 days, undergoing 18 months of psychotherapy and carrying out 30 days of community service.

Lindsay pled no contest to the charges, including one misdemeanor count each of reckless driving, providing false information to an officer and willfully resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer.

After discussions in the judge’s chamber Lindsay emerged red eyed and covered in glitter that someone from the gathered crowd threw all over her as she entered the courthouse. She barely acknowledged the incident as she rushed into court late, after her private flight was redirected to LAX to try to get her there ASAP.
