Kim Kardashian Filing For Divorce TODAY?

Having busily refuted claims of a split from Kris Humphries over the last few weeks, the rumor mill now has it that Kim Kardashian has had enough and will file for divorce today.

Sources close to Kardashian claim that she will cite “irreconcilable differences” in court documents to be filed in Los Angeles; that is, according to celebrity gossip website TMZ.

The divorce paper will have Monday, October 31, 2011 as the date of separation.

The couple only got married 72 days ago in Montecito, California in front other members of the Kardashian family and entertainment stars such as Ryan Seacrest, Lindsay Lohan and Eva Longoria.

Kim Kardashian is apparently being represented in the divorce proceedings by attorney Laura Wasser, who was previously consulted by the likes of Britney Spears, Angelina Jolie and Maria Shriver.

According to information previously given by Kim Kardashian to Jay Leno, both she and Kris Humphries signed pre-nuptial agreements.

Kim Kardashian says she doesn’t take much notice of media speculation about her marriage but it was bound to put a strain on her relationship.

Reps for Kardashian and Humphries have so far not commented on a possible divorce filing so which is it? Are rumors of a Kim Kardashian Kris Humphries split completely false? Is Kim Kardashian filing for divorce today? Which do you think is most likely?
