Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Marriage Counseling

Reality TV couple Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries this weekend received counseling from the pastor who married them just a few months ago.

The counseling session, which last for a couple of hours, was given at Kris Humphries’ Minnesota home where he returned after Kim Kardashian filed for divorce.

Kim and Kris were married in August in a lavish ceremony which was filmed for their reality TV show. It was officiated by Pastor Joel Johnson, Kris’ hometown minister, who was the one to counsel them this Sunday. He spent two hours with the estranged pair at Humphries’ lavish lakefront home.

Kim Kardashia had flown there overnight from Los Angeles, arriving in Minneapolis at 5:30 am. She was spotted making several emotional phone calls from the front porch of the house. Of course, Pastor Johnson declined to answer reporters’ questions, so it is not known whether he is counseling them in a bid to save the marriage or just helping them steer through the divorce proceedings as amicably as their high profile relationship allows.

Following the counseling meeting, Kim Kardashian flew directly back to LAX airport. She was dressed all in black, as she had been all weekend, but had donned a leopard print scarf. She looked pale and tired, as did Kris Humphries when he was spotted over the weekend.

Kim Kardashian has filed for divorce from Kris Humphries after just 72 days of marriage. She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split. She is being represented by celebrity divorce attorney Laura Waisser who is also representing Maria Shriver in her divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger.
