Justin Bieber Bolts On Secret Concert Tour As Alleged Assault Goes To Prosecutors

Justin Bieber’s alleged fight with a photographer over the weekend is going to be referred to an L.A. County prosecutor. Meanwhile, Justin is at an unknown destination in Europe, so police will have to wait to question him about his alleged misdemeanor battery on a paparazzo.

Justin Bieber told fans he was “off to Europe” for “PHASE 1 of operation secret concerts” as Los Angeles detectives were seeking to question the pop star about an alleged attack Sunday against a paparazzo.

Bieber (18) Tweeted news of his secret concerts as TMZ reported that he is in Norway.

Bieber is wanted for questioning by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s investigators after a photographer claimed the pop star attacked him at a local shopping center. He was taken to hospital but released later the same day.

Sheriff’s Lt. Robert Wiard says the photographer called 911 on Sunday and complained of pain to his chest. Wiard said the scuffle happened when the photographer tried to snap pictures of Bieber and his girlfriend, teen actress Selena Gomez, after they walked out of a theater at The Commons at Calabasas.

Eye witnesses say that the photographer blocked Justin’s exit with his own car and when he refused to move it, a scuffle ensued, during which Bieber lost his hat and a shoe. Both were retrieved by Selena before the two left the scene before officials turned up. They also say a lawyer was on hand to encourage the alleged victim to call the police and an ambulance, allegedly saying that he could get a lot of money for the incident.

Justin is apparently doing his best to move on from the fuss.

“Gonna focus on the important stuff. The music,” he Tweeted at the weekend.
