Justin Bieber’s Alleged Baby Mama Protesting DNA Test

Mariah Yeater, the woman who alleges that Justin Bieber fathered her baby, will have her baby undergo DNA testing. But she may force Justin Bieber to undergo a second test, according to her legal team.

According to her attorney, Jeffrey Levin, Mariah Yeater is keen to have baby Tristyn tested so his DNA can be compared with Justin Bieber’s. However, she is unhappy at the circumstances in which the Baby pop star took his paternity test and may demand that it is done again.

The problem she has with the test that Justin Bieber took late last week is that no member of Yeater’s team was present while it was administered. Her lawyer says that means he has no idea if the test was done using proper controls.

Although members of Justin’s team say they have not heard from Mariah Yeater or her legal team since he took the DNA test on Friday, Leving says his co-counsel has been in touch with Justin’s lawyer, Howard Weitzman, Monday and Tuesday. So it seems that someone is lying here.

Anyway, Leving says he hopes both sides will reach an agreement on a DNA protocol so they can settle the paternity issue as soon as possible.
