Jon Gosselin Slams TLC, Halts Production of Kate Plus 8

jon-gosselin-slams-tlcJon Gosselin is making some big steps to supposedly protect his children – and isn’t afraid to slam the network that made him famous in the process.

The Jon and Kate Plus 8 star is adamantly halting production of TLC’s newest show (since Jon reportedly got fired) Kate Plus 8.

There’s been a lot of back and forth between Jon and the network (surprisingly Kate has remained quite quiet compared to normal) and it seems as though TLC is ticked regarding Jon’s recent behaviour.

The father of 8 released this statement regarding filming crews and his children:

“Effective immediately, no production crews are to enter Jon’s family home for any reason. In the event that anyone enters the marital property, Jon Gosselin will notify the local authorities to effectuate police action against any trespassers.”

Even further, Jon left the following message on the gate of his children’s home in Pennsylvania:

“Notice: No film crew or production staff from TLC is permitted on this property under penelty of trespass.” Yes, he spelled penalty wrong. And he signed the notice “Johnathon Gosselin.”

TLC fired back with this statement regarding Jon’s behaviour:

“We are aware of Jon Gosselin’s recent statements, and remain deeply disappointed at his continued erratic behavior. He and the family were shooting as recently as last Friday, without incident, and his latest comments are grossly inaccurate, without merit and are clearly opportunistic.

“Despite Jon Gosselin’s repeated self destructive and unprofessional actions, he remains under an exclusive contract with TLC. Direct filming of the children has been currently suspended, pending further conversations between both parents.”

Wonder when Kate is going to make a statement?

Drama, drama, drama.
