As if Charlie Sheen needed any encouragement right now, his former cast-mate on the hit TV show, “Two And A Half Men”, Jon Cryer, has responded to the troubled star calling him a “troll” by admitting it is true!
Cryer has laughed off the criticism leveled at him by Sheen for his supposed failure to support him when he was fired from his role in the show, March 7. The firing came of Sheen followed months of controversy, including Sheen’s repeated rehabs and hospitalizations and whole host of other stunts Sheen pulled to grab any headlines he could, so one can see why the show bosses may have tired of this. However, Sheen has other ideas and is launching a multi-million dollar law suit against them for unfair dismissal.
Cryer, however, has shrugged off Sheen’s rant personally directed at him:
“You’re with me, or you’re with the trolls. Obviously he’s (Cryer) with the trolls. Jon has not called me. He’s a turncoat, a traitor, a troll. Clearly he’s a troll…”
And the rather unconvincing apology:
“I was in a mood, and I threw that out there… It’s a half apology – it’s an apol’!”
Cryer has turned the situation around and come out on top, in our view, telling U.S. TV host, Conan O’Brien,
“The fact is, I am a troll. It’s not something I like to talk about. My parents don’t even know.” He continued, “You don’t know how much time and money I’ve spent on electrolysis and hair dye and reconstructive surgery so that I can look like this.”
What do you think of Cryer’s comeback on Charlie Sheen? And how would he fit in for “The Hobbit” if “Two and a Half Men” doesn’t work out?
