If you remember correctly, Jersey Shore left off right smack dab in the middle of the most dramatic knock down drag out we have
ever seen. Ron was in the middle of killing Mike for telling Sam that he planned to bring girls to visit.
You have to give Mike credit for having the guts to fight Ron. However it doesn’t look like Ron actually knocked him out. It looks more like he hit his head when he fell. But in the end, he gets what has probably been coming to him for 4 seasons and ends up being taken out on a stretcher.
The roommates are all freaking out and Sam is feeling guilty. Jenni blames Sam for her part in the whole mess.
The next day Ron decides he needs to be alone. But the
group finds him and joins him where they talk and reassure him and make him feel a little better. Ron says he can’t help that he loves Sam, despite the obvious problems that it causes… like almost killing his roommate.
Snooki talks to boyfriend, Jionni on the phone where she thanks him for his flowers and they have an awkward conversation about being sexually frustrated. Jionni gets mad at Snooki for asking him if he is “DTF”.
Sam is feeling guilty and apologizes to Mike for causing the fight between he and Mike.
Mike is feeling “alienated” and crying because nobody is cheap car insurance quotes comforting him or checking on him. He is literally sobbing in his bed in
a neck brace. We could give him the benefit of the doubt and say the pain pills made him emotional… but it’s The Situation we’re talking about.
Ron makes a show of throwing a bunch of stuff that reminds him of he and Sam’s relationship. Sam takes the stuff out of the trash, because “they’re diamond earrings”.
Mike and Ron talk and it doesn’t seem like there is bad blood between the two after the “incident”.
The girls go out for drinks and they try to talk some sense into Sam. Jenni tells the girls that Mike isn’t allowed to take his neck brace off or go out for a week.
The group goes out and Pauly almost gets into a fight with a guy. He says he didn’t know what the guy was saying, but he knew it was bad. Something along the lines of “You’re in the streets of Florence” Really ticked Pauly off.
The girls get home and Snooki goes to check on Mike. She says she’s glad he’s ok and he totally takes advantage of his “situation”. He says, “We realized at the end of the day we love each other.” Well…. He might have realized that but I’m not sure that is what Snooki was saying.
Ron comes up with some genius plan to show Sam that she’s the a**hole, not him, by bringing her home flowers from the club instead of a girl. Apparently in his mind this is some sort of groundbreaking lesson.
Of course, Sam just gets confused and thinks there is some sort of hidden meaning in the gesture. But the episode ends with the flowers and their relationship in the trash. For now…
