Why do we love Jersey Shore 4 star Snooki so much? Is it because she does stuff that most of us would consider really bad and sometimes even a little repulsive, yet to Snooki they become the coolest things on earth?
Take her latest, and seriously huge tattoo, for example. Snooki had her right upper arm inked up in Las Vegas last weekend and showed it off via Twitter.
Not that I have anything against tattoos as such. Just this one. On Snooki’s arm for ever more a gaudy gold crown now sits on top of a big pink bow.
Snooki’s Twitter photo is accompanied by the caption: “MY NEW TAT <3 badass.” Well, it’s “bad,” anyway! Perhaps she wrote her message all in capital letters for a reason. Perhaps she wants to shout about her new tattoo. It made me want to yell about her bad taste, too. That tattoo is seriously ugly, isn’t it?
Snooki has another tattoo, which we don’t get to see so much on Jersey Shore 4. She reportedly has the phrase, “La Familia” written on her back. But it’s perhaps lucky that Jersey Shore 4 and 5 have already been shot and it’s reported that there will be no more.
The reality TV star Snooki says this crown and ribbon tattoo is “by far [her] favorite.” We wouldn’t want to be looking at that ever week on TV and besides, with the oxygen of publicity, she might be persuaded to go even more crazy with her next inking!
Her fellow Jersey Shore 4 regular JWoww also got a tattoo earlier this summer. While in Italy, Jenni Farley got inked with a tribute to her late grandmother on her right shoulder. The design is a large cross with praying hands and a ribbon intertwined in both. The ribbon reads: “OMA” and “RIP. ”
Pauly D also has many tattoos. He even showed them off to Ellen DeGeneres. But don’t expect to see any inkings on Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino. He considers he has worked so hard on his physique that a tattoo would be “a crime against nature.”
Yes, he actually used those words. So we are not sure about The Situation’s take on the situation but Snooki’s tattoo sure seems a crime against good taste, doesn’t it?
