Jennifer Aniston: Status of Wedding Plans, Intends to Change Last Name to Theroux

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are in the middle of making their wedding plans with most of the major tasks behind them — such as the wedding rings, a wedding dress, and narrowing down a date. The couple got engaged on Aug. 10, 2012 — Justin’s birthday.

When will Jennifer and Justin tie the knot? According to a report by People this week, the pair plan on walking down the aisle after Jennifer finishes filming her movie in Connecticut — an untitled adaptation of Elmore Leonard’s “The Switch.” March 8 is the deadline for wrapping that project up.

“It will be a small affair with their closest friends,” an insider told People.

“Jen seems more confident than ever,” the source added, “and they’ve become a great team.”

In addition to all of the wedding plans Jennifer, 44, and Justin, 41, are making, Jennifer plans on changing her last name to Theroux. When she was married to Brad Pitt, she maintained the name of Jennifer Aniston. In this union, the movie star wants to be Jennifer Theroux.

A source said:

“She plans on privately changing her name to Theroux. She like the way it sounds and jokes that (Jennifer Theroux) sounds very posh. They really seem to have perfect chemistry, like they complete each other. There’s a perfect balance.”
While at the 2013 Oscars last weekend, Justin gently placed his hand on Jennifer’s stomach — setting off rumors that maybe she was pregnant. Was it a publicity stunt or a hint that the two are expecting a child together?
Jennifer Aniston seems extremely happy with Justin Theroux. Their wedding won’t be as high-profile as the one Jennifer had with Brad, but there’s no doubt it will be a gorgeous event.
