Jake Pavelka from “The Bachelor” 2010 appears in the headlines every once in a while. Recently he spoke with People about his biggest regrets being the season 14 “Bachelor” since the magazine is celebrating 25 seasons that the show has been on ABC. Jake — along with Bob Guiney of season 4 and Andrew Firestone of season 3 are being featured in the issue. They all had photo shoot May 1 for the issue.
So, what’s Jake’s single biggest regret when it came to being on his season?
“My biggest regret was doing the TV interview about my breakup with Vienna,” he said.
In July 2010 Jake and Vienna Girardi got into a gigantic fight on national television. They argued and Vienna famously accused him of being a “fame whore” before she couldn’t take it anymore and made a dramatic exit.
What Jake added that another regret he had being on the show was hopping in the hot tub.
“For me, I cringe whenever I see myself in the hot tub,” Jake said.
The People issue will have a lot more from Jake Pavelka, Bob Guiney, and Andrew Firestone.
Jake and Vienna are perhaps one of “The Bachelor” franchise’s most famous unsuccessful couples besides Brad Womack and Emily Maynard. A whole list of couples failed from the romantic reality show, but some stand out a lot more than others. When Jake and Vienna were interviewed, neither of them held anything back. The drama factor was at an all-time high for the broken up couple when Chris Harrison interviewed them. They talked over one another, threw accusations at each other, yelled, and called each other names. In the end, all it did was make them both look foolish.
