Inside Justin Bieber’s New Home in Calabasas, GALLERY

Justin Bieber has sealed the deal to buy a 9,000 square foot mansion in Calabasas and you can get a sneak preview of the house, in case your invitation to the housewarming party gets lost in the post.

Justin has been negotiating on the house sale price for a while. The seller initially wanted $7.5 million. But Justin signed the deal for just over $6 million. The keys are to be handed over by the end of June.

The Mayor of Calabasas, Mary Sue Maurer, is thrilled that Justin Bieber is going to be moving in.

“Justin is welcomed to Calabasas and his privacy will be respected just like everyone else’s,” she said.

This respect for Justin Bieber’s privacy is very important to him. One of the big pluses on this Calabasas mansion is that it is in a gated community that has not just one but two security gates.

The move to Calabasas may surprise some people. This suburb of L.A. is a full 22 miles from the heart of Hollywood. Perhaps if you were 18 years old and had untold millions to spend on a property, you might want to be closer to the action. But then if you are Justin Bieber, you might get enough action in your life anyway.

Let’s have a look inside Justin Bieber’s Calabasas mansion in the gallery below.
