The pop-star-turned-country-songstress sat down with Oprah to promote her new show The Price of Beauty where she revealed just how difficult it was to battle the media as tabloids trashed her appearance to pieces.

Jess admitted on today’s episode that it’s still difficult for her to talk about her weight issues and that going through media hell was one of the hardest things she’s had to do. “People couldn’t stop talking about my weight for an entire year,” Jess said in a slightly angry tone.

Not only was the 29-year-old struggling to deal with her physical appearance but, recently, she’s also been weathering yet another media storm – caused by her ex-boyfriend John Mayer.

Simpson revealed to Oprah that she was angry at John Mayer for referring to her as “sexual napalm” in the bedroom and revealing to the world how she was between the sheets. Ouch!

But, don’t worry, Jessica wasn’t completely torn up about John’s revelations. “It could have been worse I guess” she says regarding Mayer’s comments. “My phone has been ringing off the hook.” She finishes.

According to British tabloid The Sun, Robert made a full-out confession regarding his more-than-just-friends relationship with his Twilight love interest.

“It is extremely difficult but we are together, yes,” Robert reportedly revealed at the BAFTA Academy Awards. “We can’t arrive at the same time because of the fans. It goes crazy,” Pattinson continued.

“This was supposed to be a public appearance as a couple, but it’s impossible. We are here together and it’s a public event but it’s not easy.”

Robert and Kristen have been dodging rumors of a relationship since the release of Twilight but are they finally ready to face the public hand in hand?

We wonder what Kristen thinks of Robert’s confession. We can’t help but think that the usually-timid star might be a little frustrated being in the center of another media frenzy.

While even Bachelor producers are curious to know where Reality Steve gets his details, fans of the show are more interested on his predictions for the rest of the season.

If you’ve been watching this season as closely as we have, you’re probably not going to be happy with the results. According to Reality Steve, there’s no return of season-favorite Ali (who left this week for work-related issues) and, even worse, it’s Tenley (the other season favorite) who gets her heart broken in the finale.

Sources say that it’s Gia (who we think is adorable, by the way) who leaves next week with Tenley and Vienna making the final two. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on who you want Jake to pick in the end) it’s Vienna who ultimately steals the heart of pilot Jake Pavelka.

We can’t say we understand why exactly Jake picks Vienna (does she look like a crack whore or is it just us?) but we definitely believe Reality Steve’s predictions.

Heidi, who has been receiving unbelievable amounts of (negative) publicity this week after revealing her new look, insists that her message to young women is to find their beauty within. The contradicting starlet is beginning to look like a mutated version of Barbie but insists that she thinks she now looks perfect.
But when it comes to revealing her transformation to her mom, Heidi is not as confident that her mom will appreciate her new look. “I’m nervous to go home and face her” Heidi says of seeing her mom for the first time post-surgery, “especially with the cameras,” she finishes.
While Heidi makes it seem as though she’s nervous to be around the cameras, she hasn’t missed an opportunity to exploit herself since her face and body have healed.

Last night’s controversial episode of The Bachelor showed contestant Rozlyn Papa being booted off the show after entering into “an inappropriate relationship” with one of the producers of the show. The staffer was not only a friend of host Chris Harrison but was also a friend of Jake’s – which really hurt the newly named Bachelor.

Chris Harrison called the incident embarrassing and unacceptable while Jake admitted that being cheated on sucked. The controversy occurred after the episode aired and Rozlyn insisted the affair never happened.

Harrison, in his official blog, adamantly confirmed the affair, even revealing that the staffer had been let go from the show because of his actions.

Rozlyn – a 28-year-old model and mother – has been capitalizing on the press the situation has been receiving and continues to deny any sexual relationship with the staffer. Meanwhile, Chris Harrison has confirmed that Roz and her new love interest have seen each other many times since they were removed from the show.

Not only is the Tiger Woods mistress count up to seven (with some sources reporting as high as nine) but the intimate details of his affairs with these women are disturbing and shocking – to say the least.

The latest woman to come forward with claims of multiple sexual encounters is Mindy Lawton, a restaurant owner from Florida who sat down with News of the Word to dish the details of their hookups.

Lawton’s recollection of the events are incredibly detailed with the mistress remembering exactly how Wood’s mansion is setup, the color of the linens in Tiger and wife Elin Nordegren’s bedroom, the color of the sofa they had sex on and more.

Mindy insists that Woods is a sexually driven man with a sex drive so powerful that it’s actually dangerous. She also said she wasn’t surprised there are more and more women surfacing everyday with similar claims to hers.

So far, the seven women involved in the Tiger Woods scandal include Rachel Uchitel, Jaime Grubbs, Kalika Moquin, Cory Rist, Mindy Lawton and Jamie Jungers. Rumors that Tiger also had several sexual encounters with porn star Holly Sampson are also surfacing – although she refuses to comment on the allegations at this time.

While Rachel is adamantly denying any sexual relations with Woods, her “friend” Ashley Samson spilled the story to the National Enquirer and the allegations are sparking media attention this week.

Rachel had the following statement for E! News reporters:

“I did not have any involvement with him [Woods]. Whatever was written in the Enquirer was not said by me, it was said by two people that claimed they were friends of mine, but they’re not.”

She added: “I am overwhelmed, so I hired Gloria Allred to handle the situation. I don’t want to get this much attention, and I wish everybody would leave me alone.”

Tiger’s wife, supermodel Elin Nordegren reportedly lashed out at her husband upon hearing the rumors. Some news outlets are even reporting that Elin was responsible for Tiger’s car crash last week which resulted in the pro golfer being admitted to a hospital for treatment of severe injuries.

No one knows whether to believe the rumors but one unknown source told TMZ he spoke with Tiger on Friday who claimed he needed to buy his wife “a house on her finger” to get himself out of the dog house.

Accepting her awards via satellite from Wembley Stadium in London, the blonde beauty thanked her fans and her family.

Taylor was the big winner of the night when it came to the actual awards but her friend Carrie Underwood dominated when it comes to the best performance of the night. We realize that we’re putting Carrie above JLo (who fell onstage), Whitney Houston and the controversial performance by Adam Lambert (which we think was a desperate plea for attention) but we honestly didn’t like any of the performances. The only woman who rivalled Carrie’s performance was Miss Rihanna but even her performance was a little weird for us.

Whatever happened to singing on stage and looking pretty? Too many artists (like Lady Gaga and Adam Lambert) are trying too hard to stand out. Their performances reek of desperation. Sometimes, if you have real talent, you don’t have to try so hard to get noticed. We’re just sayin…

While Rihanna’s rocky relationship with Chris Brown seems like old news, the 21-year-old singer opened up for the first time in an exclusive interview with Diane Sawyer. After telling her story to the world and finding closure in the tragic situation, perhaps now is the time for Rihanna to give love another chance.

Rihanna and Tristan (who plays Dixon on the hit show 90210) were photographed together in 2008 at Chris Brown’s birthday party but RiRi was in a relationship with Brown at the time.

This weekend, Rihanna hosted a party that Wilds attended and the two made it very obvious that there was more to their relationship than just friends.

“No one knew why Tristan was there initially because it was not an industry party but everyone quickly realized they weren’t meeting for the first time,” a witness told New York Daily News. “Rihanna lit up when Tristan walked in the room.”

Many think it’s too early for Rihanna to date again but we honestly think that the sooner she moves on, the sooner this whole situation can be behind her. Besides, as long as she doesn’t go back with Chris Brown, she’s taking a step in the right direction.
