Emma Watson Wardrobe Malfunction Makes World Headlines

emma-watsonHarry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince may be one of the most-talked about movies of the summer but nobody was talking about the movie after Emma Watson’s dress flew open on the red carpet.

That’s right, photographers got much more than they bargained for this week when Harry Potter cutie Emma Watson flashed her panties during the premiere in London.

The dress Watson chose to wear was actually a very modest, floor-length cap-sleeved dress by Ozzi Clark but the waist-high slit couldn’t hold up against the windy weather and ended up revealing her flesh-colored panties to the world.

During an interview with late night talk show host David Letterman following the incident Emma was asked what she thought about the event, to which she replied “At least I’m wearing underwear.” Good point, Emma. With all the young females flashing their goodies for the camera (Miley Cyrus and Vanessa Hudgens to name a few) Emma’s wardrobe malfunction hardly seems like breaking news. At least her incident was an accident – most of the other young women strip down naked knowing there are cameras waiting. Now that’s just trashy.
