Emily Maynard A Diva Behind The Scenes Of ‘The Bachelorette’

Bachelorette Emily Maynard tries her best to appear a soft-spoken Southern Belles searching for her Prince Charming. The producers of ‘The Bachelorette’ show are certainly at great pains to portray her as such. Even admissions in the early days from host Chris Harrison that Emily ‘is nice until she’s not’ seem to paint Emily Maynard in a positive light, particularly as we now take Harrison’s words to be a reference to Emily finally booting potential suitor Kalon after he referred to her young daughter as ‘baggage.’

But as we near ‘The Bachelor’ finale, a few cracks have appeared in that sweet Southern girl persona of Emily Maynard. Is it sour grapes or the reality we don’t want to admit?

Either way, it has been alleged that when the cameras are off and Emily is being more natural she reverts to behaving like a greedy screaming diva.

It’s the family of Ricky Hendrick, her late fiancé and father of her child, who have made these claims. They say she is a gold digger with a foul mouth who is prone to temper tantrums when she doesn’t get her own way.

The Hendrick family allege that Emily’s ultimate goal is to be big TV star and that she views ‘The Bachelorette’ as simply a stepping stone to achieving her ends.  They allege that Emily wants to use the exposure that this reality TV show is undoubtedly giving her so she can land a permanent job on TV.

They allege that as a result, Emily has become something of a diva, demanding that she never looks less than perfect on camera. Otherwise, they say, she throws a tantrum.

‘If Maynard were dissatisfied with her onset hair and makeup, she literally cried,’ a show source alleges in the July 9 edition of ‘Us Weekly’ and she ‘would throw a fit if she didn’t like her outfit. She’d break out in tears.’

We do know, of course, that Emily can curse with the best of them.  As we already reported to you, when she discovered that Arie Luydendyck Jr. once dated ‘Bachelor’ producer Cassie Lambert, she let fly with the F-bombs. Apparently, we didn’t see the half of it.

It seems to be open season on criticizing Emily Maynard right now as the popular Bachelorette nears the end of her on-screen search for love. She has also been accused on being greedy, making full use of her generous wardrobe allowance and also allegedly interrogating producers about the financial situations of the guys on the show.

So is Bachelorette Emily a scheming spoiled diva with a nasty mouth? Is her nice Southern girl next door persona all an act? Let us know what you think?

She’s as fake as they come. Karma will get the best of her. Poor Jeff, the real guy with the fake girl

Well when Brad said ‘sweet little Emily’, sounds like she could to toe to toe with the blows. Was wondering if she really loved him as she didn’t seem all that emotional when he proposed. A lot of the repeats on the show already know the game. I hope the last guy and girl make it. I’m not sure about Emily though. Something about her is not right. She always seems very reserved and not fully genuine even when she’s supposed to be having a fun. She crys good though.
