Taylor Armstrong got so drunk she was almost hospitalized for alcohol poisoning. Of course, the reality TV star’s drunken episode was all caught on film and will feature in the hit TV show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. To add to her troubles, she has now been accused of cashing in on the suicide of Russell Armstrong in order to make money.
Highlights for the new season of the hit Bravo TV show feature Taylor Armstrong looking extremely intoxicated, dressed in a toweling robe in a hotel bathroom while the Housewives were filming out of town. She was urged to seek medical attention but refused.
The reason Taylor Armstrong gave for drinking so heavily was being upset over the breakdown of her marriage to Russell Armstrong, with whom she had a young daughter. A Real Housewives of Beverly Hills insider says it was most unlike Taylor to get so intoxicated.
“She was so drunk that she probably should have gone to the hospital. She is so tiny, and hadn’t eaten a lot that day, which only made the situation worse,” an insider said when interviewed about the incident.
Taylor refused to go to the hospital, feeling she did not need any medical attention. But is she seeking another type of attention now? Is she seeking to cash in on Russell Armstrong’s suicide?
We recently revealed to you how Taylor Armstrong as signed a book deal, which will include personal photos of injuries sustained during her alleged abuse from Russell. Taylor will be including the photos hoping it will boost sales. People close to Russell Armstrong are unhappy about that, accusing her of cashing in on Russell’s suicide.
“It’s no secret that Taylor’s been strapped for cash since Russell died, and since she hasn’t received the advance on her book yet, a few of the Housewives have been helping her out financially,” an insider said.
The season premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills aired on Monday night, almost doubling the viewing figures for any other episode, probably because it dealt with the suicide of Taylor’s estranged husband, Russell Armstrong.
