Troubled ex-TV star Charlie Sheen has received yet another snub from his estranged wife, Brooke Mueller. Despite supposedly arranging a custody agreement and avoiding court, he was not invited to the birthday party of his twin sons, Bob and Max, yesterday and he will not see them on their actual second birthday today.
Yesterday, Brooke threw a party for the boys’ birthday and invited approximately fifty guests, none of which were Charlie Sheen, the boys’ father. The party was staged at the Bel Air mansion of Kathy and Rick Hilton. Paris Hilton is currently filming a reality TV show with Brooke. Outside the mansion, the back yard was decorated with balloons for a child-friendly party.
However, Charlie Sheen bitterly slammed the party, saying:
“I personally believe a lot of those parties are just for the photos for the adults and the Botox brigade. It’s not even about the children.”
Agreed! But it seemed pretty obvious Charlie was hurt not to be invited to see his kids.
Mueller’s parents are said to be moving to Los Angeles from Florida to help their daughter care for Bob and Max. That doesn’t look good for Sheen seeing much of them and he apparently won’t be with them today for their birthday, either. In fact, reports suggest that Charlie has not seen his sons since they were removed from his custody two weeks ago.
So what kind of a custody deal was struck? Brooke’s parents have helped with the boys before, when Mueller checked herself into a sober living facility, spending time with the kids each day. Now, it seems, both she and Charlie have agreed to regular drug testing, while Brooke has sole custody and Sheen has visitation rights. Wouldn’t you think the parents could be together for the boys on their 2nd birthday?
