Charlie Sheen Sues for Custody – Denise Richards Offers to Help!

Today Charlie Sheen’s lawyers are heading in to court to file for full legal and physical custody of his two year old twins, Bob and Max. And help has apparently come in the unlikely form of another of his ex-wives, Denise Richards!

The lawyers will seek to change Sheen’s custody agreement after his estranged wife Brooke Mueller entered a rehab facility this past weekend. Brooke currently has full custody of their twins, Bob and Max – Charlie has visitation rights.

In actuality, it is Brooke’s mother who does much of the day-to-day care of the boys and they are used to her looking after them as she had done before when Brooke has been in rehab – and presumably when Brooke went on her drugs bender last week.

However, by relapsing into drug use, Brooke has violated the custody arrangement and now Charlie wants his boys back, with their legal and physical custody. Sheen also wants to revoke the $55,000 he pays to Brooke each month in child support.

There are a couple of complications for Charlie having custody of the toddler twins. Not only does Charlie have his own drug problems to overcome, he is also on the road with his Torpedo of Truth tour for the next few weeks so if he had custody, the young boys would be dragged around various hotels on the road.

So, his ex-wife, Denise Richards, has offered to take care of the twins and let them live with her.

Did Charlie Sheen jump at the offer? Not exactly. He said he’d keep her “posted”.
