Charlie Sheen Psych Report Ordered

Charlie Sheen is to be denied access to his two-year-old twin sons, Bob and Max, until he has had a psychologist’s exam.

The 45 year old actor has not seen the two little boys at all since he surrendered them to police earlier this month. That was after his estranged wife, Brooke Mueller, obtained a restraining order against Sheen. That created widespread sympathy for Sheen and there was hope that a custody arrangement could be agreed for his sake and that of the boys.

Apparently, Sheen agreed to an undisclosed custody arrangement, so why has he not seen his boys again yet? Well, it appears that he has not yet complied with the conditions, one of which was to undergo a complete psychological evaluation with a licensed professional who has not previously tested Sheen.

Now, if Sheen is serious about being a good father to his sons, why has he still not submitted to the exam?

“Charlie knows what he has to do to see the boys,” a source close to Mueller stated.

“If he wants to see them, he will do it. Charlie agreed to these terms in the custody agreement. He has to adhere to the terms.”

So, what’s the deal with not complying with the custody arrangements if Sheen wants to see his sons? It seems that even before Charlie Sheen recent problems in the last few months, he rarely saw Bob and Max (now aged 2).  “He had had little or no contact with Bob and Max in the previous 16 months,” said the insider. So will he step up now and be a father?
