The LAPD have, in the last few hours once more raided Charlie Sheen’s home. This time, they went in search of firearms. It is the latest trouble to hit the stressed out former TV star turned Internet cook and serial Tweeter.
Sheen’s lawyer, Martin Gross, reported that the only things the Los Angeles Police Department found and confiscated were an antique rifle and bullets, but the discovery may still get the actor in trouble.
Is this another move to discredit Charlie Sheen by his soon-to-be ex-wife, Brooke Mueller? The raid occurred after an anonymous to police, telling them that Sheen was in possession of a gun. The temporary restraining order that Mueller filed against him last week when she seized custody of their twin sons forbade Sheen from possessing firearms.
Losing custody of and Bob and Max is just one of the troubles Charlie Sheen has been faced with in the past year, together with being in and out of rehab for drink and drugs related issues and being fired from his lucrative star role on the hit TV show, “Two and a Half Men”, which together with advertising deals he has now lost, helped Sheen become the highest paid actor on American TV. His income apparently now comes from being paid to Tweet his increasingly bizarre life and rants against studio bosses and Chuck Lore in particular.
No-one was arrested in the latest raid on the actor’s home and an LAPD spokeswoman said that Charlie Sheen was “very co-operative”.
