She has developed this physique by hauling huge tires and ropes around during her regular fitness sessions with her boyfriend. She has really taken her fitness regime seriously since she started dating baseball player Alex Rodriguez.
Cameron was photographed with her new ripped and toned body on August 1, while enjoying some down time with friends on South Beach. She even took some time to chat with fans, giving one amazed onlooker a wave as she left he beach.
I know what you’re probably thinking. Who am I to say that Cameron Diaz looks anything but hot, hot, hot? I don’t even remember when my gym membership lapsed. But it looks like Diaz has gone from weekly workouts to two-hour cardios every day and swapped lattes for protein shakes.
