Brooke Mueller’s Friends Cry Out to Drug Addiction

Yesterday was probably a day Brooke Mueller would rather forget. Her friends are worried about her and she is apparently not returning their calls. That is especially troubling coming a day after Brooke was allegedly making desperate calls for drug-free urine and pawning soon-to-be ex-husband Charlie Sheen’s expensive watches.

Friends fear she could be back on drugs and hitting rock bottom. They have so far failed to reach Brooke (33) on the telephone.

Friends admit that they are worried for Brooke’s safety and well-being. They believe she is depressed. They say that not returning their calls has in the past been a sign of her drug use. Fears that she could lose custody of her boys to Charlie if she tests positive for drugs or misses a drugs test may have prompted the calls.

Mueller discovered early on Thursday that she was required to report to a Los Angeles testing facility to provide a urine sample. Random drug tests for both Brooke and Charlie were agreed as part of the out of court settlement reached last month over custody of their 2-year-old twins, Bob and Max.

Her hunger for fame took a serious blow this week, too. She had been filming a reality TV show with Paris Hilton. However, most of the scenes in which she featured were left on the cutting room floor, according the show’s production team.

Adding to this is the worry that Mueller allegedly tried to pawn one of estranged husband Charlie Sheen’s expensive watches. This is despite being given maintenance payments of $55,000 per month from the former “Two and a Half Men” star.

What is she spending that kind of money on? Friends worry that with so much going wrong around her, she is back on the drink and drugs.
