Ex-“X Factor” judge Britney Spears and her fiancé Jason Trawick have split up. The couple allegedly could not settle their differences over whether or not to have more children together. Jason Trawick has also been removed as Britney’s co-conservator. That leaves Jamie Spears is once again her sole conservator.
Britney Spears and Jason Trawick have ended their engagement which began back in 2011. Trawick started out as Britney’s agent, the two of tem started dating and he eventually became her co-conservator along with her dad, Jamie Spears. Not any more.
Sources say that Jason didn’t want to make the announcement of the split until he was taken off the conservatorship but apparently it was a “friendly breakup” and Britney and Jason will remain friends.
Initially the reason that was given for the break up was that they just “grew apart.” But they vowed to remain close friends.
Britney has already returned the $90,000 engagement ring to Jason, although he did not ask her to do that.
More details are n emerging about the split, which became semi-public late last week. Britney (31) is already mom to two boys. Jason (41) is said to love Britney’s sons and wishes to retain contact with them after the split. However, he did not share Britney’s longing to extend their family with more kids. It seems he considers himself, at ten years older, to be at a different life stage to Britney Spears.
So it’s also change for Britney Spears. As well as her break up with Trawick, she has quit her judging role on “The X Factor to go back to making music, which she says was a “very difficult decision.”
“I had an incredible time doing the show and I love the other judges and I am so proud of my teens but it’s time for me to get back in the studio,” Spears said. “Watching them all do their thing up on that stage every week made me miss performing so much! I can’t wait to get back out there and do what I love most.” She is also in serious talks to headline a show in Vegas
