britney-spearsEveryone was thrilled last year when Britney Spears made her huge comeback at the 2008 VMAs. Not only did she take home several awards but the blonde princess also appeared in the opening skit alongside Seth Rogan.
Well, fans of the pop princess can expect to see her acting skills shine through once again as the 27-year-old mother of two appears in a promo for this year’s VMAs alongside comedian and host of the awards Russell Brand.
In the skit, Britney (dressed in a sexy two-piece white bikini) is wondering whether she impressed Russell Brand enough last year to become his date this year. Meanwhile, Brand is wondering whether he insulted the Toxic singer after making fun of her and her children previous years.
You can check out the clip of Britney and Russell below. Although no one is quite sure what part Britney will play in this year’s VMA’s, she is expected to make an appearance.
After seeing bikini-clad Britney is this promo for the VMAs and her appearance on David Letterman’s Top 10, do you think it’s safe to say Britney’s officially back?
