“Big Brother” season 15 is battling a racism scandal after houseguests Aaryn Gries, GinaMarie Zimmerman, and Spencer Clawson made offensive comments during live feeds last week. On Sunday night’s airing of “Big Brother,” Aaryn’s comments were televised for all to see and it wasn’t pretty.
Aaryn was seen making fun of Helen…saying she cried as though someone “killed her f—ing chihuahua,” and added she should go make some rice.None of this was done to Helen’s face, but to the other houseguests. She also made ridiculous impressions of an Asian nail tech.
If that wasn’t enough, Aaryn referred to another “Big Brother” houseguest — Andy — as “that queer.”
Aaryn lost her job with a modeling agency in Texas for rattling off racist remarks. It’s hard to know if she truly feels that way about her fellow houseguests or if she thinks she’s trying to score points by making derogatory comments like that. In any case, how can she — or GinaMarie or Spencer — not expect some type of fallout after saying those things with cameras and microphones around at all times?
Spencer Clawson might lose his job with Union Pacific railroad for saying Hitler was a great speaker, used the C-word, and made homphobic slurs. He hasn’t been fired by the railroad yet, but they’re serious about considering it.
GinaMarie referred to welfare as “ni**er insurance.” She lost her job with East Coast USA Pageant.
In this day and age, one would think “Big Brother” houseguests would be a bit smarter than this.
