‘Bachelorette’ Season 8: Emily Maynard Furious About Arie’s Dating Past

Emily Maynard has just been let down by another one of her men on ‘The Bachelor.’ Arie Luydendyk Jr. had impressed our lovely blonde beauty and as you will know if you have been following our ‘Bachelorette’ spoilers, Arie had done quite well for himself.

But now there’s a problem. A big one, as far as Emily is concerned.

Arie Luydendyk Jr. has a history – a romantic one – with one of the show’s producers. Arie is “very pissed off” about it, apparently.

Indy Car driver Arie Luyendyk Jr. used to date Cassie Lambert, a producer of ‘The Bachelorette.’ Cassie was involved with selecting the men who would compete for Emily’s proposal.

The romance was a while back, and Cassie is now engaged to another producer on the show. But she did cast her ex-boyfriend in ‘The Bachelorette.’

Emily only recently found out about the Cassie-Arie link, because she has not had phone or Internet access during filming. Apparently, she really is not happy to find out about this. In fact, she’s said to be furious.

“The sex stuff is especially upsetting. She’s not comfortable with the fact that this guy she’s started to fall for has already slept with her producer,” a ‘Bachelor’ insider told Reality Steve.

Arie has so far made it into Emily’s Top 3. This past weekend, Emily flew to Arizona to meet with Arie’s family during the home dates, so it looks like she really likes him.

But now that she’s found out about him and Cassie, will Emily still want Arie around? Rumor has it that there’s a rose ceremony today to decide Emily’s top 2. Will this spell the end for Arie?
