Bachelorette Emily Maynard Wants Reality TV Wedding Spinoff

Emily Maynard has got engaged, as we will see in ‘The Bachelorette’ finale when it airs this Sunday, July 22. And if Emily has her way, that’s not the last we will see of her and her beau. Emily is reportedly interested in having the reality TV cameras follow her right up to and through her wedding.

“Emily is head over heels in love after a beautiful proposal inCuracao,” a source close to the 26-year-old single mother revealed.

We won’t know for sure who Emily is engaged to until the finale airs. But most people seem to think it is Jef Holm rather than Arie Luydendyck Jr. who wins her heart.

Filming ended a while ago and it seems that the engagement has gone well since then. Emily and her fiancé have reportedly managed to see quite a lot of each other since filming on ‘The Bachelorette’ wrapped.

It seems Emily has got the TV bug and is keen to pursue a career on screen, beginning with her upcoming wedding.

No further deal has yet been signed, in a bid to keep the finale outcome a secret, presumably, but Emily would be a good choice to follow up after the show. One of the most popular Bachelorette’s, Emily is also the show’s only single mother in its eight-season history. Her 6-year-old daughter Ricki has featured frequently on the show. Emily’s fiance and baby daddy, NASCAR driver Ricky Hendrick died in a 2004 plane crash while she was pregnant.
