Authorities Investigate Michael Jackson’s Children: No Evidence of Pedophilia

When Katherine Jackson reignited the debate a few days ago about whether there was something suspect about her son Michael Jackson and his relationship with children, it turns out she was right to defend her late superstar son. Government officials have admitted that there was never any evidence he was a child molester.

An insider states that the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is in full agreement with Katherine. From the cases they investigated, Michael Jackson never molested any of the children.

In accordance with the “there’s no smoke without fire” rule of law, Michael Jackson was under investigation by the DCFS on and off for over a decade, starting from allegations made by an underage accuser in 1993.

Michael Jackson was said to have fully cooperated with the investigations. These included hours and hours of interviews. The insider said that the allegations confused and upset Michael. He had no idea why he was being accused and at the time the DCFS cleared him of any wrongdoing.

The same happened again in 2005. At that time, allegations were thrown out because the child accuser and his family members could not agree on what happened.

What may be most shocking to all of us that the Los Angeles’ DCFS has also investigated claims of abuse involving Michael Jackson’s three children. These allegations, however, were against Michael’s nephew, Jaafar – last year.

It was alleged that he used a stun gun on Michael’s son, Blanket. After an extensive investigation, no action was taken.

Katherine Jackson’s take on all this is that her family has been targeted by opportunists out to make a quick buck, but what do you think?

Aparantly you believe your LAPD friend is somehow qualified to judge Jackson. Does he know who Jackson’s “victims” are? Why not? The facts remain that no one on the planet has been more thoroughly investigated than Michael Jackson. In the 2005 trial they went over everything. No stone was left unturned. There has never been any evidence of wrongdoing. Ever. To get more information on DNA evidence and drugs found on Michael’s underwear there is information you can read and I have provided a link for you. There are other related articles on this site. Regarding your comment that the only people Jackson spent time with publicly were boys is outrageous. Please educate yourself before making such disrespectful comments. You only make yourself look ignorant. You are also giving credibility to the handful of bad apples who worked hard to bring him down in order to bring themselves up. These people should be in jail, in my opinion. People like you are more than happy to reward them. Shame on you. Since Jackson’s passing there has been a lot of research done and as a result a ton of credible information is out there. (Finally.)

Where are you getting this? I conversed with somebody from the LAPD who read the public and nonpublic documents. He said there was never any doubt in his mind Michael molested children. Did Katherine spout this, during her interview? Or did she pay a so-called “insider” to say this? I think Katherine is frightened when the legal documents showing the drugs in Michael’s underwear are used in court, they will also reveal this evidence, which shows the DNA from three different males was found in semen samples, found on Michael’s mattress, mattress pad, sheets, and underwear.

    http://www.sbscpublicaccess.org/docs/ctdocs/013105pltmotrd14itms.pdf

There was no female DNA found on those items, and the only people Michael publicly spent time with were little boys. At the very least, people should question a grown man who admitted on television he had slept with many unrelated children, in his bed.

What do we think? This really is not a matter of debate. Facts are facts, they are not debatable. Those who wish to “debate” the issue (Matt Lauer comes to mind) are either ignorant of the facts or they just want to continue promoting tired old myths. I know why media people want to continue down the same worn out path. It’s what they feel comfortable doing. Sadly, accepting the truth and promoting it is terrifying for them. It means having to sit down and spend hours doing research. It means having to admit you and your colleagues have lied in the past and that you are maybe a little bit responsible for the events leading up to Jackson’s demise. I’m not saying Matt Lauer is a bad guy–I think he just doesn’t know better. I’m speaking in general terms.

I think it will forever remain a mystery why so many journalists and detractors continue to harbor such an unwarranted disdain for Mr Jackson. Why wasn’t the full investigative report by Los Angeles DCFS made public BEFORE the ’05 trial? Why is it that practically every reporter that swarmed the courtroom day after day, didn’t have the decency and integrity to analyze and share the information in this report? You know why, because Michael Jackson had reached a level of success and fame that began to work against him; humanity began to betray him. Drunk with jealousy and envy, people secretly harbored a sinister desire to see him fall. When accusations and mischaracterization focusing on his appearance, sexuality, and “forced” reclusiveness wasn’t enough, the greed-driven connived to fabricate a story that would eviscerate his heart, mis-using his innocent love of children as a weapon. What person can emerge from such a horrific accusation unscathed? They couldn’t produce the evidence in 1993 but that didn’t stop them. With the help of an obsessed DA, a family skilled in fraud, lies and manipulation, and a “so-called” British journalist, the stage was set for the perfect public “lynching” of Michael Jackson. That trial was the biggest waste of California tax-payers’ money ever and should never have taken place. HE WAS INNOCENT AND INCAPABLE OF SUCH A HORRID ACT!!!

The raid on Neverland Ranch included more than 70 law-enforcement officers. You’d have thought Jackson was a terrorist judging from how he was targeted. They violated his privacy so violently it sickened and repulsed him and he vowed to never return again. He created Neverland. His vision of it was pure and child-like. He wanted it to be a place where disadvantaged and ill children could come and enjoy a magical time of their lives, forgetting briefly their pain and sad reality. Evil forces succeeded in destroying his beautiful, original concept of this magical place and forced a gentle, caring man to flee his native country to find a modicum of peace in a foreign land. What was done to Michael Jackson is unforgivable!

After reading this article, whoever you are, if you care about injustice and want truth, get involved. Find a way to get the truth into the mainstream media. Journalists need to finally understand that Jackson was FALSELY accused of a horrendous crime. The report is especially important, now, before the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray commences. People must understand that it is Dr. Conrad Murray who is ON TRIAL this time. They need to know the facts. They need to understand the reason for this trial. A doctor deviated so outrageously from acceptable medical practice and negligently caused the death of his one patient at that time, Michael Jackson. He needs to be held accountable for his shocking behavior.

Will the media get it right this time? If you don’t feel comfortable with your answer, don’t let them force their fabricated garbage down your throat. Hold their feet to the fire and CHALLENGE them with the truth! This is not about the victim’s finances, medications, lifestyle, or past history. This trial is about a doctor who negligently killed his patient! JOURNALISTS….ARE YOU LISTENING?

But what do I think???? Should that even be asked in this article, that so clearly states the truth and the facts!!! Thank you for printing this very insightful article, a lot of people will appreciate this. For ones somebody has the guts to write something without bashing Mr. Jackson into oblivion. Anybody with a little bit of a brain should have known and realised that this was the biggest Set Up in History. Michael Jackson was a very influential Man, powerful on his own, with followers all over the world, he simply became to powerful for certain people. well yeah at one stage he had more followers than the Pope or the President! He was unique, his message was LOVE, he was fearless with his messages to open our eyes to certain things that are going on in the world, and I strongly believe that this did not go down to well with a certain breed of “People”. Like MJ said “After the Thriller success literally overnight I was called a Freak, a Homosexual and a Childmolester”. And its shameful to know that so many out there believed the inhumane treatment that he had to endure and is still enduring as the media will not stop to slander his name, even after death. So thank you again for your honest report.

Thank you to those few media outlets who do publish this information. However, most of them do not pick up this message. If this message of DCFS hat included the opposite of the story, you can be sure it would have already been spread all over the world.
This shows the unwillingness of the media (tabloids and mainstream) to accept that they were and are wrong, that they helped destroy a human being who has done NOTHING to harm anybody on this earth, especially children – on the contrary: who supported and helped children to an extent nobody else ever did.
And nobody ever apologized for a wrong and destructive coverage of Mr. Jackson! When will the media take responsibility for their “violence with words” and for tearing down an innocent and gentle man?

  16. I applaud your factual and truthful article. Michael Jackson was always an ardent, vigilant champion of children all over the world. He just wanted them to be loved unconditionally and not to be neglected. He gave so much of himself, and his millions, to help children and their charities. He gave up his home to help sick and underprivileged children enjoy a day of fun without having to deal with the pain of poverty and cancer treatments.

Shame on the mainstream media for not acknowledging what any intelligent person already knew. Michael was innocent to the core. Imagine if this world would have treated him with kindness and respect. Imagine if his road would have been easier. Oh the things he would have created for us. Now we will never know.

Thank you again for your courage to tell the truth. Let’s hope we will see this article in the mainstream media and someday an apology for all who wronged this wonderful human being.

I commend this writer for publishing this article. How tragic though that such details, which have been routinely supported by Mr.Jackson’s words and actions and the testimonies of close friends for years, were not widely circulated at the time. How tragic that the media concerned itself more with the destruction of an innocent, kindly man, rather than printing the truth about him. Because of their irresponsible coverage of both the 1993 “settlement,” and the absurd 2005 trial, (which amounted to a modern day lynching,) Mr.Jackson was never able to enjoy the vindication he so readily deserved. I can only hope that those in the media decide to exercise their consciences, long buried under ignorance, avarice and prejudice, and partake in the circulation of this story so that Mr.Jackson’s legacy can shine with its full brightness. It is time the media assume responsibility for their publications and the impact they can have on the general mindset. Through a rabid pursuit of profit and status-an innocent man’s life was completely destroyed-now, a mother is left without a son and three children are left without a father-a son and a father that was brutally hounded, vilified, abused and ridiculed by a media which considers itself “free” and “autonomous.” All those who involve themselves in this industry should be ashamed of what it has become-you promote the truth now, yet choose to bury it when it is most necessary-and, one of the greatest tragedies of all? That this kind, gentle man who gifted the world with so much light can never look upon this vindication, this truth, with his own eyes. The media today fosters and promotes man’s inhumanity to his fellow man. This must be changed or any hope will be forever lost.

Doubters can easily acquire the court transcripts, from 2005, on-line.
MJ innocent on ALL charges, beyond ANY reasonable doubt. The only reason the case even came to be is because Thomas Snnnneddon was hell-bent on finding something on Michael.

If the world needed further evidence of the witch-hunt against Michael Jackson in 2005, this has to be it. For some reason, this report wasn’t allowed into court as evidence (Heaven only knows why), although Tom Meseraeu would have been aware of its content and used it to plan his line of questioning. Hence the credibility of the boy and his siblings was exposed, and Justice was served – but the sad thing is the media was only interested in Jackson being guilty.

Why did the investigative journalists, who were so vocal at this time, not seek out the information contained in this report and make it public? Why did they not focus more on revealing the depth of deceit by the boy, his family and other discredited witnesses? Why did they not report an out-of-hand attempt at extortion? Trashing Michael Jackson was far more lucrative – selling papers, procuring TV ratings and shocking the public. No-one cared about the damage done to Jackson’s reputation, to his family, to his well-being. It’s really difficult to make any sense out of this – British journalist Charles Thomson called this time “one of the most shameful episodes in journalistic history”

Perhaps the media can redeem themselves – admit the wrongs of the past and publish this report everywhere and anywhere so that the doubters can see that Jackson was set up big-time.
Too late for Jackson himself now – but some consolation for his family and supporters. Perhaps it might even make the media stop and think of the consequences of what they say and do, so that this “trial by the media” never happens again.

Thank you to the writer of this piece. I takes courage to tell the truth in the media today. This information was totally available and was actually published back in 2003. The media largely ignored it in favor of sensationalizing a trial that should have never taken place. Trial transcripts tell a far different story than the public was allowed to hear at the time. It is just sad that Michael Jackson had to pass away before the truth would begin to prevail. Sneddon should have been prosecuted for how he handled the case including his glee at finding a family willing to lie, fabricating evidence, and, in general, working hard to deny Michael Jackson his civil rights. It was a mockery of a trial that cost the California tax payers millions of dollars. It also likely contributed to Michael Jackson’s early death.

I hate the media for putting doubt into people’s minds about Michael. I blame them for destroying Michael Jackson’s life. The fact that the FBI and DCFS found no evidence to support the heinous accusations against Michael, but did nothing to clear his name is beyond negligent. They allowed the speculation, innuendo and lies to continue. Perhaps, if they would have publicly stated “We can find no evidence to support the allegations….”, public opinion would have been more balanced. But, they waited until AFTER June 25,2009! Does mainstream media care? No, because they would have to admit they were wrong and lying all these years. It sickens me that some of these media perpetrators are still feeding the public lies. I applaud Mrs. Jackson for doing what any real mother would do. She is on a mission to let the world know, Michael is NOT, was NOT, could never be a pedophile. God bless Katherine Jackson.

It was when he passed that I did my research and realized there are so much evidence pointing to his innocence. It is disturbing that facts pointing to his innocence, and all his humanitarian work, were routinely ignored by the media. Instead the focus was on the sensational and salacious. I believe the extortions and the years of media persecution brought this man untold sorrow and suffering and in the end, caused his untimely demise. Who knows what else he could have achieved had his spirit not been broken by the greed and cruelty around him? He was always trying to make the world a better place, writing message songs for fund raising, for environmental awareness, social justice etc. It is sad his life and creativity were cut short.
