America’s Next Top Model’ Cycle 18 British Invasion Finale SPOILERS – Model Hospitalized! (PHOTOS)

It’s UK’s Sophie vs. USA’s Laura in the ‘America’s Next Top Model’ finale tonight. Let’s hope it goes ahead with less controversy than last finale and that it’s obvious who wins in the end and no one changes their mind about the rightful winner!

There are some pretty dramatic spoilers ahead in this article so if you’d rather wait until tonight to find out what happens, look away now.

We got a sneak peek of the ‘America’s Next Top Model’ finale between the UK’s Sophie and the USA’s Laura. So we can tell you that the pressure mounts to such an extent that Laura ends up having a panic attack right on set.

She collapses onto the floor shaking, while a concerned Jay Maunel holds her hand and calls for a medic. We will see her taken to the hospital in a car. But it looks like she recovers, because she is also seen with Sophie during panel for the final judging at the end of the show. Yay!

No idea who wins yet, unfortunately. But I am kind of looking forward to watching the show without already knowing the result. Who is your favorite for the ‘America’s Next Top Model’ cycle 18 finale winner? Take a look at our finale photo shoot gallery below and see if that gives you any clues.
